For the last 18 years, Todd Dombrowski has served as a government litigator. He has experience in a variety of legal areas. These include civil, family, collections and bankruptcy, criminal, government defense and cybercrime law. Todd Dombrowski has also served as a designated attorney for the Cook County Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. For the last several years, Todd has focused on constitutional law as it applies to the criminal justice system.

As an adjunct professor for the University of St. Francis, Dr. Todd Dombrowski taught for the Education Department's doctoral program. For the superintendent certification cohorts, he taught advanced legal issues for school districts. For the stewardship - leadership and learning cohorts, he taught legal, ethical and moral issues and also taught HR administration and collective bargaining.
